What's free, exactly?
Everything up to the moment you publish. Create as many draft roles as you like, build the pages, train the twins, run test conversations, all free and no credit card. The $25 only starts when you publish a role and open it to real candidates.
What counts as a role?
A published, live job page. While it's open to candidates it's $25 a month. Drafts and tests are free and don't count. Close a role once you've hired and you won't be charged for it again. Roles are billed by the whole month, so a partial month isn't prorated or refunded.
Can I cancel?
Any role, any time, the day it's filled. No notice period, no cancellation gauntlet, no reason required.
Do candidate chats cost extra?
No. Conversations are included under fair use. If a role goes genuinely viral we reach out before anything changes. You will never get a surprise bill.
What happens to my candidates' data?
It's yours. Export it whenever you like, and we delete it on request. We don't sell it, and we don't train anyone else's model on it.
